last weekend was easter weekend.. and so.. obviously it's a holiday for everyone ma.. so, aunty yin keen decided that three of us should go to this place called "echuca".. (can go google it to find more info about the place.. but i'd advice you not too!.. hahaha).. the place is like on the border between NSW and VIC.. echuca is in VIC and moama is in NSW.. anyways, here's the details of the trip..
====== start of the trip ======
first day (friday early morning)..
we packed all the stuff and put it in uncle CT's car.. uncle, aunty and i were car-pooling with them.. cos there was only uncle CT n aunty LC in the car.. so we followed them.. i was packing my stuff while waiting for them to arrive at our house.. i took one book and then jean said "i think you should bring another book along".. so after re-thinking bout what she had jus said.. i took another book.. den they arrived to our house.. we loaded all out stuff into the car and started the two our journey to shepparton.. some place before echuca where they planned to stop for a picnic.. when we arrived at shepparton in a park.. we all unloaded the food, drinks, and everything for the picnic.. den everyone sat around.. eating as well as chit-chatting.. (btw, i made sushi for the picnic with jean n kris the night before).. while everyone was eating i found a nice, comfy spot to read my book.. hahahahha..

after a few hours, we made it to echuca.. like finally man.. only arrived in the afternoon.. we then transferred all our stuff into the cottage where we were going to stay in.. btw, there were 4 families on this trip.. (3 of us, uncle CT n aunty LC, jon's parents, and another family with two children).. so there were three rooms.. and 3 of us took one room, uncle CT n aunty LC and uncle Daniel n aunty Poh Im shared a room, and the other family got one room to themselves.. our dinner for that nite was "nasi briyani".. made by aunty Poh Im.. watched tv for a bit.. read my book.. den bedtime.. (the bed was like abit spoilt i think.. cos when u lie down on it.. it tends to sink in the middle.. terrible man.. btw, the toilet also was kinda dirty and the place was like 140 years old man!.. for the price we paid i think we could get a better place lor..
second day (saturday!)
morning for breakkie we went to a place called Beechworth Bakery.. i ate toast with cheese, ham n egg.. it was great!.. so yummy.. =P we all decided to walk around the small town.. we walked around the two rows of shops andwent for a ride on the boat.. then everyone wanted to go back to the cottage.. so when we reached home, some played scrabble, some watched tv, some ppl like uncle sunny slept!!.. hahahhaa.. as usual, all he does is sleep and eat.. that's all!.. AND.. i didnt want to play scrabble and there weren't any interesting shows on tv so i decided to continue reading my book.. there was a small garden at the place.. so i sat there and read.. quite relaxing.. hahahha.. (almost feel asleep there cos it was so comfortable).. aunty LC prepared curry laksa for lunch and dinner.. it was so tasty.. i had nothing to do.. so i helped them prepare the food also.. eat dinner den watched tv.. chatted wit everyone.. bedtime again

third day (sunday)
i told myself... **PHEW!!.. one more nite to go** hehhehe.. i really didnt like the place.. can u tell?.. but seriously, no one wanted to anything.. so that's why it was so boring.. we had breakkie at home.. the other family made pancakes for breakkie.. it was alright.. tasted okie.. den drove around the echuca and moama.. we passed a second hand market, a few clubs, and some winery.. we stopped at one winery for some wine tasting.. hahahhaha.. abit only lah.. aunty yin keen bought one bottle of wine back though.. white wine.. quite nice.. i bought four books from the a shop at the town.. they were selling some second hand books on a rack outside the shop.. i browsed through the books and found that few.. 3 books were for $5 and 1 hardcover book was $3.. so cheap rite?.. hahahha.. dat's why i bought them.. we decided that it was time to go back cos everyone was tired.. so i came back and read again in the garden.. later,we had satay for dinner.. the other family prepared it.. it was really yum!.. i ate a few sticks man.. hehehhehe.. the stick was quite long by the way.. after that, i played one game of scrabble but i didnt win.. =( anyways, it was a nice game.. and then i watched tv.. and later slept!
fourth day (monday.. last day!!)
i was so happy to wake up that day.. hahahhaa.. cos it was time to go back!!.. like YAY!!.. excited and overjoyed.. =D we packed all of stuff and loaded all the stuff into the car.. and started our journey back.. BUT.. they wanted to stop at bendigo on the way back.. **sigh**.. we reached bendigo and visited the town area.. there was a parade that was going to start.. everyone was waiting, sitting around on the road.. so we went to have a closer look at wat was going on.. it was a dragon and lion dance thingy.. (btw, bendigo is founded by chinese ppl i think.. or something lidat).. have you ever seen "gwei lo" doing lion dances?.. well, we got the chance to see that.. hahahaha.. of course, there were chinese ppl doing the lion n dragon dances also lah.. after it was over at the place we were standing.. we started to walk back to the car cos everyone wanted to go back.. but on the way to the car.. we heard some noises behind us.. so they all walked back and saw the performance.. haihz.. me and uncle sunny jus stood under the tree and waited for them cos it was so hot.. hahahahhaa.. smart rite?.. anyways, yay!! finally we can go back.. super happy!!..can you tell that i'm happpy?.. hahahha.. cos we were going back that day.. me and my scruffy (the cute soft toy)

thank GOD we finally arrived back here.. **jumping around full of joy** >.<.. there was one thing that made the journey even worst, i forgot to bring my charger.. like how sad is that man.. stupid rite?.. i had to switch off my phone to save battery man.. or else.. sure die wan lah.. almost lah actually!..
